Manager ratings out of 10..

Hi all,

Just looking for a fairly easy one this time, Can anybody please rate the following managers out of 10 in the following categories..

Categories:
Motivation
Coaching
Player Judgement
Discipline
Tactical Awareness

Managers:
McGuirk
Cronin
Connor

Motivation - 10
Coaching - 7
Player Judgement - 7
Discipline - 7
Tactical Awareness -8

He is the best manager, ratings wise, in the league....this is not down to me personally, but that is how our database has it so I dont want people whining at me! lol

p.s. thanks for the Connor ratings all, I know Cronin is a tricky one, maybe another set of ratings for McGuirk anybody?
