How will you/she be travelling from the Train Station? Car?
My girlfriend has a job interview in Rochestown tomorrow and we can't seem to find an online map that shows you where it is. Can any of ye tell me how you get there from the train station? I know Cork a bit from going to college there so I won't be completely ignorant to directions. Cheers![]()

Possibly taxi, although it looks like her train will be getting in 2 hours before her interview, so probably plenty of time to get the bus. She wanted to know if it was far for a taxi to take her, i.e. money wise. I assume there are buses going from the main bus terminal in town right?
Presumably she's going to the Rochestown Park, so here's a map with the approximate location. I'm not entirely sure where it is exactly, but I know it's somewhere between Douglas Court and the N28, and you can't miss it when you're on that road anyway: on the left if you're coming from Douglas, on the right from the other direction. Zoom out for context.
Here's the Rochestown Park's map, which isn't very effective but did turn up in the first result on Google (cough).
It'll cost about a tenner in a taxi. Dunno about buses.

Unless there have been changes in recent year this is the situation.
Depends on what part of Rochestown you need but its on the non-city route so any bus going to Ringaskiddy, Passage will get you there. See 223 here runs from main bus station.
Alternatively take the city route to Douglas if part of Rochestown closer to the city. Get the no7 as seen here from Patrick Street heading to Donnybrook.
Taxi journey probably only 10 minutes though.
2nd exit after the tunnel.
Stay left.

Is she getting a job in the RPH?
