LOI grounds dont have capacities as most of there standing areas are just mounds of earth! (or worse)

For the League Cup final a few years ago, ground capacity was set at 5,400 -

Richmond Park has a capacity of 5,400, comprising 1,800 seats in the main stand and 3,600 on the terraces.

5,400 it is. The stand is pushing 1,800 and there is one other proper terrace barely holds more than that.
