Selecting no wouldn't be a strong enough answer to that for most people. Especially for those who would like to see it decrease or stop.

Firstly, you have a sick mind.

Secondly, I do see your general point but you never stated what your preferred answer is to the question in the poll, you say you don't agree with the available anwers but never said what you would rather have. There is more to the thread than just the poll -it allows for discussion / free text too.
Did you want Ireland to invade Israel or something? or maybe to expel some diplomats ( I'd have considered that one myself, but see my next point ).

Thirdly, the Poll was put there to gauge the general feeling / opinion on the issue. It's a general question looking for a general answer.

Finally, if she was good looking enough, I think my answer to your question might well be (a).
