definitely a good chance for both clubs to progress. Drogheda have nothing to be afraid of in their tie, so I think they should at the very least contribute something to the coefficient.

Gretna are a bit of an unknown quantity but it'll be very interesting to compare a lower half of the table Scottish outfit to a good EL side. Gretna will be in pre-season, first game in Europe, definitely there for the taking. Best of luck to both teams

Gretna !!! Never heard of them so must be good news !! What a fantastic draw !! Our co-efficent will go up to 2 hopefully ! Something i thought was impossible.

The EL is really motoring now and the league hasnt even completed all its reforms. I would love to see where we are in 3 seasons time.

Gretna have a fair few players who have SPL experience. They were good enough to hold their own with Hearts last season so they could yet prove too much for Derry. Small travel expenses for both sides and hopefully the BBC will cover the away leg.

Gretna are in the Scottish First Division. They got into the UEFA cup as they lost in the cup final to Hearts - who secured European qualification via the league - meaning Gretna were awarded the UEFA Cup spot. You've never heard of them? Ambramovich like owner, pumpingmoney into them. Were in Scottish cup final last year and took Hearts to penalties.

Anyway, 2 very good draws.
