who were the5youths playing with michaels yesterday?? why are they missing so many?? surely some of the B team could have played for them
What would happen if......
Michaels drew with Town, Borris caused a massive shock by beating Town (in Borris) and Clonmel Celtic won their last three games (St. Nicholas home, Peake Villa away and Town at home in the last!)
Team Played Won Drew Lost Points
St. Michael's FC 16 11 3 2 36
Clonmel Town 16 11 3 2 36
Clonmel Celtic 16 11 3 2 36

raymie o brien was up front with danny o brien. jason sutton was left back . they had youths goalkeeper also playing. and think right winger was youths as well colin bargary youth last year also playing.
saying this they have good potential but surprising saints are playing that many youths with standard they normally have in there first team.
there b team is very strong are gunning for treble in cups this year. they already have shield won, are in paddy purtill cup final and would be my favs for tipp cup behind clonmel celtic
dont know if these lads have been asked to play on first team but certainly alot of them are good enough for first team.
looks like rock rovers are heading back to premier hammered rosegreen yesterday 4-0
wouldnt say that about rock rovers yet, they have to win all thier remainign games which include st michaels b and galbally. when will the ken kiely thing be sorted out??
Rock Rovers 4 games left to win the league, semi final of p purtill cup, quarter finals of tipp cup,so far so good, not bad for a so called team of kickers!
yeah they should win the league best team in the division 1

the squad for the oscar tryanor match this weekend, just wondering why the Clonmel Town keeper isn't included since he is able to make the Irish colleges team??
true...that seems to be a fair statement, he played for the irish colleges only number of weeks ago and from what i''ve seen has been playing well this season for town(i've only seen him against Michaels twice-outstanding in the first game and in one or two other games along the season), but then there are a surley a few more players there worthy of a mention too, from what is being said there is alot being said as to who picks the panel and then who goes on and picks the first 11!!! if the correct team was picked around the platform of 2 irish centre halves surley they wouldhave a great chance on the competition! anyone agree![]()
best 11 from that squad of players would be
1. derek breen
2. paul tobin
3. raymie condon
4. paul breen
5. james walsh
6. dwayne byrnes
7. tony scully
8. paul scully
9. paul kennedy
10. aaron moroney
11. andy cosgrave
Lads how come there is no Two Mile Borris players on the panel of the OT?????
dunno why no borris player on it. james scott should be on it and ken ryan and darmody if there fit and playing regularly
that is ridiculous if thats the reason he is suspended. dont think he will be in any rush back to play in tsdl in the future so
and just to add(not taking away from celtic's win) but....... michaels had 5 youths in starting 11 and 2 other players 18 years of age.... but a win is a win..not sure about the keeper... very small.. and the game against michaels he came for a corner and missed it and a goal came of it
did clonmel object the mjc decision?
Yes. Don't think they will get anywhere. Apparently their PRO Maurice Walsh was on Tipp FM last Monday night and he said that they would take it as far as they can. I think they should let it go if they don't get anywhere with the FAI.
I didn't hear the programme with Walsh. I don't know the man, only to see but he looks and sounds like a man who means business. According to some of the Town players, he is the main man at the club and if he puts his mind to something, he usually gets what he wants. He was the man who got McKeever in.
Listen to Tipp Fm tonight as I believe that John delaney is on. I'm sure the guy who presents it will bring up the Clonmel Town situation as he seems very sympathetic to them.
