Thumbs up UCD only club PFAI haven't had to to deal with

PFAI chairman Stepen McGuinness in the Sun quoted as saying they've had to deal with every club at some stage over player payment or trouble of some sort with fines etc. except for UCD who they've never had to deal with.

Bit misleading really. "trouble of some sort with fines" is IMO a player issue and he shouldn't be trying to blame it all on the clubs.

As I was telling some Shels fan at the match the other day; their players should come play for us. It might be a reduced wage, but at least it is a wage.

Wonder what player brought the FAI to Bray ? Have never once heard of Bray missing payments and would be a bit surprised if they had.

PFAI, ot could've been anything. A player fined wages for missing training and didn't like it. Not neccesarily a terrible thing

Less of that talk or you'll be at the receiving end of another 3-0 pasting.

I think he was referring to the 3-0 beating we gave you, not the one you got from Shels. I know it's easy to get confused

Well in that case then I would welcome ye to try and beat us 3-0 on Friday. We're at home this time, ye haven't a hope of doing it this time!

Its easy for UCD to pay all their "wages" as effectively subsidised by the state.

Maybe UCD should get 3 bonus points for being so good.

Probably to sort out some rows between players and managers, it seems there's been a few...

Easy for Cork to pay wages as they don't pay tax.
