Bit of a balls, really. Still, Longford doing Pats means we're firmly entrenched in the top 5 - Pats four points behind us and we've a game in hand.
Dublin City have resigned from The National League and ceased to trade. Now, we'll never know for sure why they ever existed although I have my own theory. Table has been redrafted to reflected cancellation of results. Rovers gain two points on anyone who beat Dublin twice and with Pats losing tonight the only blip on a great few days is that we will have to wait for a few weeks to beat Cork who, fair play, did very well tonight.

Even if the sea ceases to flow
Even if the sun ceases to rise
The name of Sligo Rovers will shine and shine forever like the morning star glittering in the sky."

ah no,seriously its a shame to see them go coz it just goes to show how hard it is to survive in the LOI. if that happened to Rovers, haf of us wouldnt leave our houses for days!!
arn't we only 5 points off the top now??
after the win tuesday yes...however it does improve the situation more with corks goal difference going down etc
I hope they give the place to Tralee.Originally Posted by wild rover
