Conditional ticket refund?

applied for 2 conditional tickets before the world cup and paid up full amount on the spot.

got two category 4 tickets in the end but should be due 150 euro back.

anyone any idea when this repayment will come through from fifa?????

if i remember right it will be a couple of months, i had a TST in Japan but it was issued from the FAI so dont now if that was faster or slower

I'm still waiting for money back on tickets I bought last February which they fecked up and said they got no money, cancelled the ticjets and after numerous emails said they found the money and would return it to me. 2 months later and still no money and they still refuse to answer me. Dont like the way the tickets were handled in this world cup. We got a ticket off a tout which was a fifa ticket. Ended up with a whole load of lads and wives in suits in the ground. Every game was apparantly a sell out, and thats ho I'd describe it too. There was at least a thousand free seats at the Italy Australia game, and there were thousands outside wanting to see the game.
