Unprescribed drugs manufactured by criminal elements, should never be consumed under any circumstances! At least you can sue the pharmaceutical companies who manufacture prescribed drugs if there are adverse side effects. An option not open where proscribed drugs are concerned.
And you cannot take legal action for purchases made that are an illegal activity too. If you tried to take action against those suppliers you'd probably be shot dead for your pains!
