No got done for Driving without due consideration. Wouldn't have been stopped if I hadn't of answered the phone (IMO) as my driving was fine and Ive been in front of Squad Cars on the M50 loads of times and never been stopped. Boss was ringing constantly for about 20 mins so I gave in and answered it( Ive a handsfree kit now). only to find flashing blue lights in my rear view.Much to my surprise the Copper didn't bat an eyelid when I gave him my provisional License. Asked me had i any points I answered No he said well you've 2 now. still havn't received confirmation of the points or the fine and its about 8 weeks ago now

You think that breaking the law on 3 counts is fine but think a young girl deserved to lose an arm because of a bit of misadventure.
