    Championship Manager 99/00

Started playing this game again for the first time in years and it is prbably the best one of the lot.

Anyone else still play it and what do they think of it.

BTW,anyone know any jems of players who are not yet discovered on it.
Signed Keith Foy and Liam Burns on it for Liverpool.

Not sure if it's that version or 00/01, but there's an Icelandic striker called Andrei Sigpursson (not 100% on the spelling) who scores absolute buckets of goals.

Was Tonton Zola Moukoko still in the game at that point? He was so popular, people came to meet him at training in Derby to get his autrograph!

He was in one of the later versions so he must be. I remember playing either 00/01 or 01/02 and signed him and Bobby Zamora for Barcelona and they both scored hat-tricks on their debuts!

ya he is on it.Signed him for Forest half way through last season and put him in the reserves.
He didnt play one game for me and Villa offered 2million for him.
Rejected it and 2 weeks later gave him his debut....he score twice in a 3-0 win.
Signed David James as Crossely left on a free transfer.....regreting it now,he couldn't catch a cold.

Theres a blast from the past!
These guys are also supposed to be top class in that game
Muslimovic, Elmander, Kallstrom Borgvardt, Ibrahimovic, Saviola, florentin petre dirt cheap right winger Adrian Mihalcea and Mads Jorgensen
Also i recall Robbie Keane scoring 50 goals one season for me for Manchester United
