Do you want to get this site into trouble?.You can't just say anything you like just because you're on an internet site.
You can libel someone on here just as much as in a Newspaper etc....

I can appreciate that it might seem like very little work but there is a bit more involved than organising a few games each week. There is a lot of work goes in behind the scenes on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. But your point about what could we possibly be fighting about is a very valid one.

Thats like a comment from someone who turns up on a sunday pulls on a jersey and then heads off to the pub afterwards but has no idea who does all the work in the background

Its not the ldmc who are fighting its a few of the over 70s gang who are being stopped from pulling strokes. the only way they can get back their power is by getting rid of the newer members and that will give them free hand to **** up things again.

for instance a certian man who said he ws not involved has been telling clubs that he wanted them to sign a petition cause he was being removed but the petition turned out to be for a vote of no confidence, and worse he sent the suspended guy out with the bit of paper that is a fact cause it happend to two clubs that i know of. they are screwing up soccer with their old attitudes and old pals act. and by the way just cause i dont support the over 70s and the real ldmc dose not mean i would suport the chairman he is as bad at times

This was started as a positive thread and I hope it can come back to being a helpful thread for the clubs and players. So lets ignore the crap that is going on and get on with making soccer better.

If you want any questions answered please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.

    Final THOUGHT

Gents I think some of you are getting carried away with your selves. I can understand if there is a conflict between club and certain members from with in the L.M.C. THIS IS THE NORM. Due to decissions that have been made offen against them.
and I will go as far to say some members of L.M.C. COMMITTEES should not besitting on these committes because they may be involved with clubs and acting on there behalf.how ever its up to you as clubs to seek these poeple out and make sure that poeple that serve act in the interest of every club.
I will also say most poeple that serve act with best interest at heart, (THE Clubs ) but there's always one.

    Hi Renovator

Im a bit bewildered, Do you refer to the ldmc or the LMC two different bodies?
But you are right there will always be a degree of conflict.

pitches ready- flags, nets, lines /cuts pitches
    teams organised
    fund raises
    organising facilities
    adminisitration
    liasing with external bodies
    to name a few

I can tell you the hours add up...and people rarely appreciate it. some palyers just come down put on a jersey, play and head away to the pub ( while someone takes down netes, flag poles, cleans dressingrooms etc)

you would not be able to play a game if the list above ( ane more ) was not done

    Hi See's it

Surely you dont think that things happen themselves from week to week and month to month.
Registrations, transfers, fixtures, dicipline, OT and youths, Finance, Development, Jackman park, sorting issues for clubs just to name a few of the things.

and without the players there would be no need to have the above. they both go hand in hand !!

i know there has to be some running to the leagues but what im saying is that the LDMC members are constantly fighting but i dont see why,im guessing that none of the members are making money out of it and i dont see what power they get from it.
most registrations are in by august, fixtures done in the same month.
transfers are done by the clubs.
bennis and earls have been the only major dicipline issues this season.
OT has a manager who looks after that same for the youths OT.
so what do they do for the rest of the year besides argue obviously
