George will not be sold to an eL club.
McCourt is entertaining but end product is lacking. Team-mates don't seem to know what he going to do next so can't anticipate where the ball will end up.
Just for the record I'd love him at Pats. I think Mulcahy would be the perfect midfield partner for him. I'd guess we could afford the fee (after the offer to Zayed) but his wages are astronomical. That Sunday Times interview (may have been Tribune) said he was getting €125,000 a year (I think)
Jesus this is a poorly researched post![]()

Said the same about Kearney.
If I was a Pats fan, I'd want him nowhere near my club. He quite obviously wouldn't wanna be there and just go there out of spite, a la Liam Kearney.
That didn't end too well now did it..
Rico has rubbished the whole thing and says he's going nowhere other than 'back to basics'. It's on eleven-a-side.

If he is leavin he wont be sold to an EL club
with any luck he'll be sold into slavery.
might give him the kick up the a**e he need's
Shamrock Rovers- Where trophies are won and envy is scarce
Cork have told one el club he'll cost 50KOriginally Posted by micls

Is that one EL club Pats? Drogs? Or who?

You cant be too fussy who you sell your best player to when you have a big tax bill to pay![]()

Have the money for the tax bill so not a problem......everyone in the club is hoping its resolved so sitting in the stands til it is is likely. He'l get bored, apologise, Rico will stroke his ego and itl all be worked out.Originally Posted by higgins
Could be a fairly interesting midfield merry go round coming up. Fahey rumoured to have fallen out with Drogs. Drogs long time admirers of Ndo.
O'Callaghan to Shels, Ndo to Drogs, Fahey to Pats anybody?

Paddy has had more goal assists this season than any player at the club,so your end product remark is incorrect.Originally Posted by pete
Yeah Fahey defo on his way out, although i'm not sure if he would go back and work with McDonnell again after getting rid of him last season.Originally Posted by Dodge
Doesn't matter if he talks to other clubs or not, its not his decision. Lennox doesn't have to sell him no matter what he wants. And by most accounts he was put on the transfer list he didnt ask to go on it.Originally Posted by higgins
I dont think there's much backing down involved on the clubs side tbh. They have shown him they aren't afraid to put him on the transfer list so its in everyones best interests that its sorted. No one wants him to go if it can be sorted
Which brings me back to my original point!Originally Posted by micls
Its not his decision to be sold yet Cork want rid of him.
He is talking to EL clubs and cork will receive offers!!
Are you saying Cork will turn down every offer from an EL club and wait that some english club comes in for the biggest whinger the league has ever seen ?
As I said you could be watching him sitting in the stands for the remained of his contract if your holding out that long.
He will go to an EL club.
Cork have used that line before to keep the fans happy and it seemed to work so they tried it again and guess what it seems to be working.

If he's not being played he can argue that Cork are stopping him from working and he will have to be let go. Cork will not pay him and not play him. So basically if O'Callaghan wants out, he'll go and Cork will accept the best offer they can get.Originally Posted by micls

So i think they would wait(a reasonable amount of time) for a foreign club to come in
