    The Van

    I remember a thread a few weeks ago where someone was looking where they could get a copy of this film. Well, just to let you know it is going to be on BBC1 NI on Tuesday August 8th at 11.20 p.m.

    I can't wait to see it again!

    Was on BBC1 last night at 10.55. Noticed it as I was just browsing the TV guide. Great stuff.

    I dont think they showed it on BBC NI even though Aertel said it was on, cos I was looking forward to it. Seemed to be some action movie on instead.
    <insert witty remark>

    Its the best book but the worst film of the trilogy in my view. The Snapper is the best film though.

    If you want the original DVD Amazon.fr has it on DVD for €16.51. I got one off them last year. Apparently it was nominated for the Cannes film festival ages ago and thats why it was released on DVD in France only.

    Try this link:

    http://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B000...?ie=UTF8&s=dvd

    Or go to amazon.fr and type "van meaney" and it will come up
