Until the start of this tournament there have been 13 players to score in (at least) 2 penalty shoot outs in world cup history. Can you name them?

England didnt go to penos in the last wc
they were knocked out by brazil
Hargreaves scored in the Euro 04 shoot out v portugal.

It was a Euro game I think, but I'm not sure. Last WC was victory over Denmark, and loss to Brazil?
