i saw a cupla randomers with the rest of the team at the races 2day but didn't get a proper look at em but the obvious one was there. even no1 ever heard of him b4 they cud make it out from the terrible attempts at puns on this. bit of a hero in champ back in the day alright

no in Burger King or outside it last night after the races.
Mansaram and Turner apparently....someone made racist comments to Flash i think.dont really know much more though.

yup....i was told that turner nd flash were in burger king and a bus load of men who were pi**ed were in there too! they started mocking mansaram and then a fight started!!

Steve is a Quality player.Can play in nearly every position.Good skill and very comfortable on the ball.
Dont know weather he left us because he couldnt commit to full time or whats the story.
Good addition to any team,and he scores a few goals aswell.

Well Jimbo and Rossi have been playing great stuff for us so far so
lets hope Steve makes it a hat-trick of successful Rovers signings.

Before that I think the last player we signed from ye was Martin McDonnell

Never liked him.

Although Stevie Mullan had a stint with ye a few seasons back

Yep, he's been switched between full back and kinda
sweeper when playing 5 at the back.

Tough tackling and totally committed performances
so far.

Steve is a very good signing for Athlone. A versatile player who can play in a number of positions, including up front. I think he joined the guards, prob stationed up around Athlone.
