Pretty much what is on here.
The ground is almost sold out, loads of Irish fans have tickets, the German FA are aware of the situation but wouldn't comment.

they said that conservative est was that 15,000 Irish had bought tickets this way

It's impossible to know for sure how many we have though.
I think the assumption is based on the Paris incident.
Hope we do get that many as it woul have our crowd around the 20K mark.

my own guess is 10,000 will travel. a lot of fans who bought german tickets will also apply for FAI tickets. Paris was far easier to get to etc.

just spoke to a mate of mine in luxenbourg who i sent the link onto, and he says no word of a lie, he says after him sending it on and his mates sending it on 150 tickets were snapped between them in two days.

so that estimate may well be right.

I also sent it onto two other non-foot.ie away go-ers and im assuming they would have done the same.

anyone selling, looking for 5, had ordered them of the german site but they won't send them, tried getting more but it looks like they are sold out

I hadn't even noticed your post Bluetonic, it is the one right before mine, posted a week earlier. I got the info from a Stuttgart fan that posts on some of the club message boards.

Come on anyone can post a link to a German Ticketmaster site....but posting a link within minutes of the tickets going on sale.....well thats service.

(Admittedly I didn't think a UK or Ireland address would work but it did!

Took me ages to work my way through the German FA site a few months ago to that darn ticket page!

I just hope that with all the publicity over the way many fans got these tickets (and I'm sure we've not heard the end of it yet) that we haven't shot ourselves in the foot for the future with other away adventures.

Ah I'm sure as long as there is the Internet there'll be some way to get sorted, once you've your finger on the button so to speak!

I suspect we have on that one. Still most countries have to use the likes of ticketmaster and public sales so it will just mean requiring contacts in the country to buy the tickets.

Away tickets have rarely been a problem outside of major finals but we have a few problem games in this group.

sorry mate, he only got 8 for himself and he is using them up for him and his mates. i emailed and told him that if mates mates etc have any spare let me know and he said he would get back to me, ill pm you his email address if any good comes of it.

Your alright mate, i logged on to site this morning and there was 3 tickets for sale in ireland end so i re entered my details using my brothers address in UK and happy days just recieved mail stating that tickets will be sent to that address in next day or so, so i'm sorted now!!!! Happy Days!!!!

Lads i've been on the eventim.de web site on and off today and every now and then tickets become available as you will see on my above post i got three this morning and could of had few more if i needed them, once you post to different address ie, UK or Europe they can be bought.
