Surprise appointment. Don't think they should get dispensation due to lack of pro licsence. Roeder was a different story.
It makes a mockery of the whole thing if he is allowed to take it. Now I for one don't believe all these badges and stuff makes you a better coach but all the clubs signed up to the agreement and they've already stretched the rules for Roeder.
