I heard he wasnt able for the gaa anymore..not fit enough..he played 1 or 2 games last season with Park AFC. Would be a good substitute for Newmarket anywayno idea who is managing Newmarket next season...
I heard that Darren Whelan, David Russell, Con Collins, Crusher and Tom Carmody may all be lining out for Avenue next season. Don't think there will be much change at the bridge next year. Heard the Skinny rumour but not from anyone in the bridge.

have it from a good source that Liam Murphy (aka crusher) is returning back to his roots of Newmarket. Don't think he would give Avenue a look in .... (maybe when he's about 40)

I know from talking to him that he is not returning home until November or december and by that time no matter what team he is playing for, the fai and munster junior cups will be well under way. Plus the fact he hasnt played prob since sept 05 so fitness wont be up to standard also.

Yea he did suffer a loss of form but if i remember correctly he was played in numerous positions and did play in all fai games as captain, as well as captaining Park to their first premier cup. Who is managing Park afc for the coming season.

i disagree seen him a few times and was playing well,and did captain park to the 1/4 finals against w/crystal 2years ago,couldnt get that bad in a year or 2 anyway hope he returns to park they could do with him
