Incidentally, is it just free adult tickets that are going or can anyone avail of the offer??
I have the utmost respect for Derry fans, particularly those who make the away trips, but it's got nothing to do with them.Originally Posted by sonofstan

Any local teenager who owns a leinster shirt also owned a home made fake ID card to get into Wezzo.Originally Posted by pineapple stu
Touché!
I can see a father bringing along two of his sons and two of their friends and then being asked to pay E20 at the gate for the kids while he gets in for free. That's the way it sounds in the press release - that couldn't be the way we'll implement it though?

What's the weather like today?
Roasting. I'm going to pop home before the match to get my peaked cap.
Make sure to keep your collar turned up to avoid sunburn.Originally Posted by Bald Student

Yes there were around 40-50 people in Leinster shirts at the game including a few sporting UCD scarves.Originally Posted by sonofstan
Very disappointed with the result of the promo, to be honest. It was just a normal UCD-country team crowd. Being on telly would have taken a few Derry fans away, and the Bank Holiday wouldn't have helped, but the promo seemed to have no effect whatsoever.
Still, no harm in trying.
thanks - still don't know what you mean by the '2 teams in East Cabra' line though ?Originally Posted by CollegeTillIDie

Dalymount's landlords and tenants....Originally Posted by sonofstan
One or two fans with Derry accents who clearly live in Dublin turned up in Leinster shirts for the record.
And stick posters up in John of Gods I suppose?Originally Posted by lefty

Lads, would it not have been better for ye to let those who wear UCD jerseys in free? It might increase the sales on yer jerseys maybe?.
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.
That might be worth trying at the start of next season sligoman. Good idea! We've still a few jerseys left to sell in the shopOriginally Posted by sligoman
