What was the story there? Was there flooding? Heard reports from SM saying traffic was nasty, but never found out what the exact problem was. Would have to be something serious for a ten mile journey to take 90 minutes!
Shocking traffic last night, took me 3 1/2 hours to get from Sandyford to Bray. A trip which normally takes me 25 minutes.
Still though, a bit surprised that Bray could manage to get a full squad together but UCD could'nt, considering most of the Bray players would have to travel in from Dublin as well.
Rovers lost 2-0 to Salthill Devon in the semi final today.
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.
What's the story with non-league teams like Salthill? Is it under-21 teams they enter too? Fair play to them!
So what, Salthill Devon are in the final?! Bloody hell!
And from what was said earlier, they'll be home too?
Bray 1-0 UCD at half time. Bray scored on the half hour, but it's been one-way traffic for UCD since then. We've missed two one-on-ones - great saves by the keeper - and Bray have headed just wide of their own post among other chances.
Edit - live updates on the UCD website - www.ucdsoccer.com

2-1 Bray. 15 to go.
3-1 Bray. Appalling refereeing - no-one around me knows why our full back was sent off - but ultimately we didn't take our chances. Bray v Cork in the semis.
Don't know what the red card was for but I don't think it affected the outcome. Couple of great saves by Skippy at the end of the first half to keep Wanderers ahead but for the second one, three College players were offside! UCD had the better of it in the second half but I thought Wanderers looked comfortable enough. When is the Cork game?
Those three players were ahead of the play when they got the ball - different thing to being offside.
Assume the Cork game has to be next weekend at the latest.
