    Mark Thomas

For anyone who's anyway left thinking and likes alugh. Mark Thomas will be in Waterstones on Dawson St tonight at 7 signing copies of his new book (As used on the famous Nelson Mandela) and discussing the evils of the world (his book is about the arms trade)

For those who don't know who he is, think of a less annoying, more in your face, funnier, British Michael Moore and you'll get the gist.

ps... Posted here as his stuff is very political

That piece he did about arms agents was very good. Was it here I found that?

I suppose he's not coming to Cork?

His 1997/98 "The Mark Thomas Comedy Product" series on Channel 4 was brilliant

my boss (ultra right wing working class background made HEO - you know the sort) in work disliked it with a passionate vengence after watching it on my recommendation!
