    Uefa Cup Venue

Glasgow has been announced as the next city to host the UEFA cup final on may 16th 2007.
That's the second time in five years they get an event of this importance...

UEFA seem to love the stadium. It has top class facilities. Capacity is a bit small and I personally don't like looking at it on TV.

Its crap for atmosphere. holds 50k, significantly more than eindhovens 32k.

I'd also consider that inappropriately small too. I suppose it depends on who makes it to the final though.

Eindoven is an excellent stadium that can generate a great atmosphere, although small. Hampden is rubbish. I cannot work out the need for those spaces behind the goal. Both Parkhead and Ibrox are vastly superior stadia. It's a pity Celtic's dressing rooms are too small as that's why they didn't get the 'A' class of stadium. Where's the Champions League 07 on?

I think Celtic have upgaded the dressing rooms but haven't even bothered to get the new grading. Ibrox has been a 5 star stadium for years and has never been nominated by the SFA for a European final as they will always put Hampden forward.
