CARLISLE UNITED have refused permission for last season's top scorer Richie Foran to rejoin his old club Shelbourne on-loan for their Champions League games.

They told the Irish Champions that a First Division club (rumours to be Preston) are interested in the highly rated 21-year old and so the club can't risk letting him go.
