Club Captain Jody Lynch has called a 'Time Out' in his playing career.

The key defender has been struggling with a nagging injury, and aggravated it again at the beginning of the current season.
His fitness was in constant doubt last season, and it was difficult for him to work around the anxiety of trying to keep fit, and recover - as it were simultaneously.
His hope is that a period without having to juggle the two concerns will allow him to concentrate on recovery, and then to think about football again.
All at the Cub wish him well in his endeavour!
