Kerry shock Kilkenny in League Cup

The Kerry League produced the shock of the first round of the League Cup as they eliminated first division Kilkenny City at Mount Hawk Park on Monday night.
After a score-less ninety minutes, Kerry went in front in the fourth minute of extra-time. Anthony Glasheen flicked a header over Kilkenny keeper Aaron Shanahan to finally break the deadlock.

A second round trip to Limerick was confirmed when Chris Kerins fired home emphatically after a strong run in the 113th minute.

That was your first team!

Then I think you are in trouble this season. It was a terrible match. City did seem to be a little better than Kerry in general play and in fairness the first goal was a bit controversial. Not sure if the ball crossed the line. For me only two of your players stood out, Mooney at the back and Buckley made a big difference when he came on at half time.
