Honest! I am not a secret Tim nor a closet Sham - I really am a Seagull.
Get Line 3 metro (green line) in the Zona Univerisidad direction. Get off at Maria Christine stop, take left when you get out of station, walk down the hill. You can't miss it...

Definitely worth trying on the night. Much easier to get into than a big English game. Go out early and ask.
If you are there earlier then try going out to the stadium as there may be a public sale.
Other good idea is try and find out where Milan officials are staying and see if there are any spares there. We got 7 seats together at the last World Cup for Korea v Portugal at face value from the Portuguese FA by just asking a guy on a train.
Friend of mine got tickets on the day for the last Barca v AC milan champions league game. Might be harder for the semi final but shouldn't be a problem IMO

I got tickets 2 weeks ago at the Da Luz to see Benfica v Barca.
I was sitting in the Barca end.
The way I got them was to go to the stadium on the morning-mid-afternoon of the match.
There were a lot of people trying to shift spare tickets, if you just walked around they would ask you if you wanted them.
The thing is you need to be careful about getting tickets from home fans on the continent, as sometimes they are only valid with membership cards.
For instance had I got tickets for the Benfica end, i would have had to make sure the ticket said Nao Socio (not member), if it was Socio then I wouldnt have got through the memembership barrier section.
A similar system probably operates in the Camp Nou.
My advice would be get tickets from the away fans, as usually there is less of a worry over membership etc.
And also ask to see the ticket before getting it.
If you want to ask in Italian it would be:-
Hai biglietti* per sta sera? - Have you tickets for tonight ?
Vorrei biglietti* per sta Sera - I'd like tickets for tonight
Quanto costa - how much does it cost ?
Posso vedere ? - Can I see (the ticket) ?
Si lo prego - Yes I'll take it (ie buy the ticket)
Allora, mi dispiace, ma e troppo caro - I'm sorry but that is too expensive.
*You dont pronounce the g, so it's like "bill-etty"
Allow yourself a bit of time to get the tickets.
Good luck, should be a cracker !
No such membership restrictions in nou camp. Just make sure your ticket has a bar code at the end. Its unbelievably lax tbh. Get searched more going into Irish grounds

Go to the Michael Collins bar, its across the square from La Sagrada Familia (the cathedral/building site). Ask for Jimmy behind the bar. Seriously. Sorted me out before. Excellent boozer aswell.Originally Posted by declan hide
PS The team they are playing is called Milan.
AC is Italian for football club, its like referring to Liverpool/Arsenal/Everton as FC.
Just putting you wide in case some Rossoneri box the head of ya.

Stay way from that Michael Collins bar. Soulless kip of a place. PM danny on this board for details...

what does inter mean then?
you gowl!
Internazionale is the name of the club , theres no Milan in it at all , thats why its Inter and Milan
why are they generally called inter milan then?
back to barca and the match. a friend was at the game v real madrid. bought his ticket off a tout outside ground afternoon of the game and walked around for the few hours before kick off wondering was it gonna be okay to get him in. said theres no watermark or hologram or nothing to prove its a real ticket and not a fake. is that the same for champs league tickets?
anyone have any ideas on the "safest" way of insuring its a proper ticket?
you gowl!
Not sure wwhy they are called Inter Milan internationally but they are'nt in Italy.
