if you can it would be a good idea to look at a supporters trust and follow the 183 clubs in Ireland and Uk that have benefitted from Trusts, I believe Real madrid and Barcelona are also heavily into the supporters trust idea

GUFC + SLIGO & the rovers 400 are good templates to work from

The meeting went well. We discussed a few topics that we are going to submit to the club for consideration and are trying to set up a meet with the club, hopefully some time this week, as we have a deadline to meet on some of our ideas. Will keep posted.
