its only a matter of time before some irish builder buys a few hundred acres, builds a few houses there and trys to sell them to first time buyers claiming they're only 2 hrs from M50

Well Beeslow does resemble the moon in many ways-no atmosphere, (as yet) undiscovered forms of life and acres of space with nothing on them.
