    yea,id love to know what kind of standard that is,in comparison to the mls?what happened with LA Galaxy?

    They Play in the USL First Division

    It is the second division of soccer in the United States league pyramid behind Major League Soccer, and is effectively the top division in Canada.

    Kupono was never with LA Galaxy. A reference to LA appeared on the sligorovers website, but this was in reference to him returning there as opposed to joining up with LA Galaxy. I think other sites then picked it up that he had gone to them, which wasnt the case.

    if his new team get promoted, he will be in the MLS next year. He was with San Jose Earthquakes earlier is his career. I'm sure he's good enough to play MLS. With players it all about getting a chance to prove it.

    there is no promotion/relegation in USA. They all play in different level leagues and thats it really, you play for whatever honours there are at that level.

    yeah thats what i was implying i know they have that draft system and thats how we got john o hara cos he wasnt drafted to the mls but i think thats only for college graduates.

    my bad. not sure how the drafting works but a player can be signed to the MLS, without coming through a draft.
