Today's Guardian are running with a story that police investigations into alleged racial remarks made by a Liverpool player to a Man Utd one are focusing on Steve Finnan and Patrice Evra.

well in a court of law, if evidence is provided by a respected person, eg. an expert then it is admissable, so i would suppose the answer its probably yes, it would be enough to get him done.
