New predictions site launched

Hi all,
There's a new website dedicated to match predictions for Eircom League. This site is at <a href="http://fai.omnileague.com">http://fai.omnileague.com</a>. It's completely free and you can even create your own arenas, for example, you can create an arena for foot.ie users and the website automatically manages all the points scoring, etc. Just sign up and make your predictions for the upcoming fixtures.

That site was launched on Monday and it's already grown pretty fast. If you want to make predictions for Friday's games, you need to be registered by midnight on Thursday, but you can still join after that. We can have a Foot.ie arena on it just for ourselves, too.

A gang of us in the office are members and everyone thinks it looks good. I'm just glad that someone is doing this for the eircom League.

Do you work for Keizen Software? Apologies if you don't but it seems a bit strange to me that one of your first posts is to agree with the initial poster as to how great this new site is. Also the Japanese nature of your nom de plume, bearing in mind Keizen have an office in Tokyo. Or am I seeing conspiracies everywhere?

I created one just now. The arena is called 'Footie' and the password is 'shogun'.

Pretty sharp, bigmac. Actually, I went to college with the guy who designed the site and said I'd spread the word amongst Irish people here in Tokyo. Fair play to him for doing it and then not asking for a signup fee (unlike other sites).

Maybe not. It doesn't involve scores. + No Terry it doesn't. Stick with Schumi.
Well worth signing up though. Only takes a minute to make your predictions.

If the mod wishes, you can have a live link to your arena on this forum (or anywhere else for that matter). Just use the following HTML code to link to your live arena. This live link will show the top 5 people in your arena.

Will i move this to the Predictions forum, to avoid it falling down the list of threads. People will know where to get to it then it being in the Predictions forum'n'all ??
