Cobh Ramblers 2 Cork City 1

Great win for rams tonight against a fairly strong City side. Willy Bruton scored the winner with a great finish. Fair play to City for playing the game with a strong side considering they have a setanta cup game monday

    Very impressed by Ramblers.
Well psyched up for it they were. Who's the left winger Nismo?
    Dissapointing turnout.
Might have something to do with the €10 entry fee and Cobh being the coldest town in Ireland.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

Davin o Neill was the left winger. He was terrific last night he gave Lordan an awful time.

Id say cobh was one of the warmest places in Ireland last night not the coldest!!! I have to say though Packie Holden isnt the best of keepers is he? I would rate young McCarthy higher than him.

His voice is a head wrecker! He was giving out to Davin at the end of the first half for some reason and Dav just walked away!

Ya, heard Holden shouting for the ball there when ye had a corner.
I'd say your ears would get a battering playing for Ramblers with him and Henderson, shouting abuse at ya non-stop.
Seems to do the job though.
    Nice soup.
    Are the league matches €10?
