Injured on his way back
Club captain Jody Lynch, who missed almost half of last season with an ankle injury, will miss Bray's opening game of the 2006 campaign against Shelbourne due to a reccurence of the same injury in a pre-season game.
Bray's pre-season encounters, otherwise entertaining, also ended in knocks for two other players.
The Seagulls could be without the influential Colm Tresson, who suffered a calf injury against Athlone Town, and newly signed goalkeeper Terry Masterson will also miss out with a similar injury.
Goalkeeper Alan Young, and defenders Willie Tyrrell and Ronan Ivory from last year's successful Under-21 McGuill Cup winning side are included in the squad for Friday night.
