i'm not complaining but the fai are a bunch of dicks
The eircom League has announced a change to the way suspensions are handed out.
Stuart Malcolm of Dublin City, David Crawley and Greg O’Halloran of Shelbourne, Chris Turner of Sligo Rovers and Jimmy Fyffe and Darren Young of Waterford United were all sent off in friendly games. Five of those players were due to serve one game suspensions in the coming weeks but now the eircom League has announced one of its most bizarre rulings.
Players sent off in friendly games will now serve a one game suspension from the club's next friendly game. Those six players sent off in pre-season will now not miss a competitive game because of the red card.

"Even if the sun ceases to rise, Even if the sea ceases to flow, Even if the wind stops to blow, The name of Sligo Rovers will shine and shine forever like the morning, glinting star in the sky."

delighted, from what i've seen and heard he will be vital for us this season!
think he's a quality player but IMO if you are sent off then you should pay the price and he did deserve to be sent off against johns
