At last - time to talk football

So, the starting line-up tomorrow night should be:

    Mooney

    Wolfe Purcell Finny Buckley

    Heffernan Lestor Barrett Waters

    Kelliher McCarthy

Subs: Healy, Rose, Molan, Kiely, Ryan or Guerin or Bourke

I am not sure what the story is with Eoin Keating - if he's available he goes in for Wolfe.

A good side. It's a small front line - which means keeping it on the ground.

Another season to start with wild optimism.

Yep we're looking good so far anyway, but if there's no promotion this year than Noel HAS to go!

Incidentally I'm working on not throwing something negative into all my posts this season, or at least not into all my sentences.........you b.astards

Heff on the right and Waters on the left - the two lads in the centre. From what I hear it should be Tommy playing the holding battling role and Lestor doing the pretty stuff.

As for Jebus - welcome to the bright side. Just don't take the pink pills and yellow pills together. Or you might end up in Cobh.

Correct me if im wrong but isnt Waters the bulky bloke who played up front against Dublin City, theres no way you could play him in midfield nevermind on the wing.McCarty back to midfield maybe where NOC had him when he wanted him out.Heffo should be on the left his the only 1 who could make any impression out there.............

Can't see most of it with the fella with the big head standing in front of me....

I haven't seen Waters play - I was under the impression, since he seems to have played there last year for Waterford, that he played on the left side of midfield. As for being at the games and suggesting Carthy in centre midfield....

I forgot Lestor was suspended. I think Finny in the centre could work well enough. Draft in Buckley to the centre and Molan at right full.

Isn't it great to finally be focusing on the football.

NOC might not even start Robbie or McCarthy after what happened in the last few months it wouldnt suprise me.Mooney,Purcell and Barrett are certs to start who knows what he'll do after that....
Jaime Nolan has been named in the Cork squad for the season, what do they see in this fella.Colm Carroll from Caherdavin who played with C'davin and Corbally is also in it,how did Limerick miss out on him?

Ok well no offence mate but you were saying all the time that Robbie would never play with limerick again, he is so why are you still doom and gloom? Colm Carroll is on the cork city football course for the last 3 years, hes living in cork and doesnt fancy the spin up and down the road so hes staying with them, liam costello is also on the same corse but we had him signed before hand. So what if nolan is with them do we honestly care? I expect robbie and carty both to play tonight in some if not all of the game, weather pending

you can always go to a bogball game they'll play in any old $h1t, which is all that come from you since this thread started.
Jayus we haven't even kicked a ball yet this season and already its doom and gloom again. I Suppose torrential rain around Shannonside all week is NOC & DD's fault aswell, maybe that explains why the 20 apaches were seen dancing on the pitch on Hogan Park last week
