If I remember correctly, the Cameroon only conceded 1 goal in the African nations cup. (I am open to abuse and correction, of course!) So it's not going to be easy to score against them.
We are depending a lot on Duff, I think,
so pessimistically,
we'll get a 0 - 2 moral victory,
and optimistically,
Kilbane will turn into Stanley Matthews,
Keane will do a Romario,
Cunningham & Staunton will become Nesta and Maldini and
Ireland will win 1 - 0 .........

Barely scored any goals in African Nations Cup.
Couldn't score against Senegalmin the AN Cup.
Cameroon haven't played any competitive games against non-african teams in last 4 years.
Drew 2-2 with England in friendly.
A lot of Cameroon players not getting regular 1st team football in europe.

Bad Signs:
AN Cup & Olympic Winners.
Only left 1 goal or was it no goals in AN Cup?

Dont think they conceded any, but thats aint a fair reflection. Their defence wasnt exactly formidable against England the other day.
