Away to Longford. Should have good support there, aswell as a nice and handy little away trip. Also, three points to start the season off with! .

I have saved this post to my favourites.
Expect to see it again sometime soon.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

In fairness, I think their was a bit of sarcasm in Derek's post.

No we don't. Heary, Cahill, Crawley and O'Halloran miss the Longford game. Rogers misses the Derry game. Hard luck

Can't wait for it! Even though the season started already for Shels I'm looking forward to Friday. Should be on the píss out in Bray friday night and then the following week on Paddy's day against Longford! Hopefully it's a 3 o'clock KO - on the beer all day......................oh and bring on the football

The build up in the media this year is a lot better than previous years. More in the newspapers, matches announced in the media. Stan giving his approval in the indo also. Things defintely have improved.

I think Shels can win the title this season. I also think we have a very good chance of making the group stages of the UEFA Cup.

Wouldnt get that notion, always go into the season with a bleak outcome then you can always be happy for top 4 finish and never disappionted

Just glad we got a home game to start, cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
