    From FAI.ie:
Goalkeeper Darren Quigley was the most active Irish player in the opening 20 minutes of the U21 international against Sweden in Drogheda.

Quigley saved at the feet of Sweden's Alex Fernerud after just 11 minutes and within two minutes was stretched to beat away a shot from Samuel Holman from 18 yards.

Again it was Fernerud who threatened the Irish goal but Quigley was equal to the challenge after 17 minutes. In the midst of all this activity, Ireland could point to a shot from Willo Flood after 15 minutes which flew wide as their only attacking threat.

Scoreline after 20 minutes: Republic of Ireland 0 - 0 Sweden

Ireland: Quigley, Foley, Painter, Whelan, McShane, Bruce, Flood, Potter, Ward, Timlin, Yeates. Sweden: Hassan, Lustig, Svensson, Granqvist, Wendt, Larrson, Zengin, Holmen, Petersson, Goitom, Farnerud. Referee: Mr. A. McCourt (N.Ireland)
    Still 0-0 at Half Time.

    1-0 Ward

Ireland improved in the second half when they played with much more authority in midfield.
They succeeded in winning an even share of possession and they began to emerge as an attacking force.
Their more adventurous approach paid off after 77 minutes when Stephen Ward broke clear to confront the Swedish goalkeeper. His shot was blocked but he reacted quickly to reach the rebound and knock the ball into the net at the second attempt.
    Scoreline: Ireland 1 - 0 Sweden

Why was Dicker dropped for this one after captaining the U-21s and scoring for them in Madeira?

    New Kit

Is there a new kit coming out?

I've noticed the current kit has been reduced on most of the online stores.....

It's scheduled for March, so I thought the team might have had it tonight.

I've looked for pictures, but alas I can't procure them.
