Hey all,

Some of you may have come across my blog http://southterraceview.blogspot.com from the link in my signature already. Basically I’ve set it up as a bit of a pastime and its aim is just to give an alternative informal view on issues surrounding the Irish Team and Irish Football in general. It is a not-for profit site with little or no advertising on it.

I’m seeking some contributors/writers to help me out with a few articles on the site. I can’t offer payment or anything like it but I will of course give full credit to the writer for anything that gets posted and perhaps develop a partnership that if the site takes off could be fruitful. So if any of you crazy lot is interested or has a passion for writing short articles, your input would be very grateful. You don’t have to be Roddy Doyle or anything like, as one read of some of my own stuff can testify perfectly!

Particularly interested in hearing from someone with a good overall knowledge of the eircom league for perhaps a weekly article and other feature writers for differing opinions on the Irish team. Want to try and keep it slightly different than the normal stuff out there about the Irish team (see Burger & Chips, Racism articles on the site as examples).

I'm doing a little piece over the weekend on Foot.ie for the blog. I was hoping some of you might be interested in mailing me a comment on why you spend so much time here? What's your favourite section? What do you love about Foot.ie? Who is the biggest wind up merchant on line? how often do you add to your ignore list? etc etc
