Motson persistently betrays his xenophobia in his commentries & constantly fails to acknowledge the booing of other countries' anthems by English fans, and worse behaviour whereas Barry Davies was far more balanced. In my opinion anyway. I'm very sensitive to malign forms of English nationalism & Motson in my opinion betrays his true feelings, disguised by a docile exterior, far too frequently for me. Total over reaction on my part I'm sure, but there you go.

So ... What's your point ?? It's okay for supporters to jeer an injured player if he walks / hobbles off the pitch but it isn't if he is carried off?
