Question €uro in Irish League Grounds

Just wondering, which Irish League Grounds will be accepting €uro for the Setanta Cup games?

I know Portadown will be anyway, the others ??

Here is a handy currency converter aswell for anyone travelling up or down !!

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

I dont think Cork City are taking sterling to be honest, but i'm trying to confirm it. Just waiting on Shels aswell.

    €uro's accepted at Portadown too.

You invariably get fleeced on the conversion rate if you try to spend Euro there.

In answer to the other question, Drogheda are accepting sterling at the gate from the Swifties.......which I just see has already been posted

It depends on whether you can confuse people enough. I got more in sterling change than I had given in in euros in a chipper in Derry one year.
We're not arrogant, we're just better.

    Thumbs up

No problems at Portadown last night - Euro accepted throughout the ground - best to ensure have smaller notes & change i.e. no €50 notes.
