    Limerick SC Webpage

Thanks Gael /SLK for the Fixtures. I have updated the Limerick FC SC Website with all the details:

    http://www.fclimerick.tk.

I am not sure if there is going to be a Official webpage this year so will update mine anyway. Mine is as good anyway !!

It's good for checking stats etc such as Top Scorers

Can You Please ask all Limerick fans what Night would they perfer to the league game with Galway utd being played if it is moved from paddys day or would it make much of a difference to them? Thursday 16 Mar or Saturday 18 March are the two dates being cosidered if the game is moved

Just letting you know that the rest of the country HATE thursdays, Friday of Saturday nights are the prefered (mine is Fridays) times.
Please please dont even think of going to Thursdays, Dundalk are the only ones left in the dark, all other eircom League clubs have seen the light.

We used to do the thursday night thing before, it didnt work and most people hated it! No its Friday or sat evenings for me and its best for travelling to away games too.

Allow me to add my voice to the anti-Thursday brigade. Friday nights are grand but I'll like to see the whole league switch to Saturday evening kick-offs to encourage travelling support to be honest.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

I wouldn't mind it actually but maybe if half fridays and half saturdays, something that would facilitate big viewing figures for live televised games anyway, i just think that that is a big source of money that the league cant ignore. Obviously we need a national broadcaster who know what they're doing first, or another company that will do it instead of them.

I also can see the downside of Thursdays - Dundalk should not be allowed play on Thursdays.

But this is a special case is it not? Galway play on Fridays usually but because Friday is a Bank Holiday doesn't that kind of make Thursday night more of a Friday if you catch my drift....
