Zayed opts to stay at Bray

A statement on Drogheda United's official website confirms that they had agreed a deal with Bray Wanderers to sign striker Eamon Zayed. However, the player himself opted not to complete the move as he "wishes to return to education".

Zayed now seems set to remain at Bray for the coming season but Bray's willingness to get rid of him would hint that he may not have a long term future with the Seagulls.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Don't know where they are getting this from ? Getting rid of Zayed is the last thing we want to do, we point blank turned down 2 solid offers for Zayed.

If both you and Drogheda are telling the truth, maybe Drogs went close enough to the €300,000 ye believe is his value.

    Who knows?
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

O'Bama - "Eerah yeah, I'd say we can alright!"

    G.O'Mahoney Trapattoni'll sort ém out!!
