Longford win away at Oriel Park

Longford Town enjoyed a 1-0 away win against First Division Dundalk on Oriel Park. On the mark again was Dessie Baker, who scored inside the opening minutes of the match. New signing Robbie Martin made his first appearance in a Town jersey, coming on as a second half substitute.

Ignore Max Power, he is no more, the future is Ron Burgundy. I'd love to be Ron Burgundy but they won't let me........

only three town supporters at the match longfordians dad sorbo an myself. All of us missed the goal ! stayed over in dundalk last night with a dundalk friend of mine. Dundalk is a serious spot!

very poor game -the game had numerous bad tackles and challenges! sean prunty was substituted late in the game he limped off injured. hope he is not too bad as the towns injury worries are mounting! mooney is out for two months i believe paiso is also injured as well!

    nothing else exciting im afraid!
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?

That's not good, that's not fcukin good at all. The season hasn't even started and we have injury worries.
