Otherwise you'd want to be organising something pretty soon as its going to be a nightmare getting back from there after the game. Local bus to Rimini stops at 8pm, theres no trains and Taxis will be scarce and expensive!

i work in banking so there are a few possibilities to get money to you. we could send GBP bank drafts (available from any local bank and are drawn on UK clearing banks) or SWIFT transfer in Euros to your bank account is available for €.50

There are 5 of us staying in Bologna the night before and the night of the game. Booked into Hotel Regina which is in the city centre. We are flying BA out of Heathrow for £56 return.

Saint T, those methods will do fine. Wasn't too sure about the additional costs involved thats why I didn't suggest them.

Was looking on the map MM, your hotel is about 4-5 minute walk from ours, handy for the pick-up!

I'm sorry about this but wife has just rang me and told me she has booked week in New York that week!! FFS!!

See, i never told her i booked the Ireland trip was going to tell her that it was my Christmas Present But alas she booked this new york trip now so i'm screwed!!!. So just rang my mate that was coming with me to game and he said he would see if he could get someone else to go with him, i'll let you know if he can get anyone to share, i've even offered to pay for the name change on flights!! so hopefully he'll get someone!! **** it anyway!! But hey New York is the best city in the world!!

ryanair are flying to rimini from the east midlands from 27th march. that would have been very useful. Note: you may want to tell welsh friends this. although their match isn't til next october.

Nothing to lose by applying................I'm in a similar boat ( although on waiting list for the Block Booking Scheme ) and have sent an application for 5 tickets.
