The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Drogheda Town are from the Southside. There is also Boyne Rovers just down the road from United Park. Both these teams are in the same league afaik.
Isn't Paul Whelan the manager there?
