    Full time in Sligo?

Lads, I read today that you are gone full time, but your turnover in 2005 was only 500k or so. How u going to pay for a full time set up? I mean a full time set up has surely got to cost 1million in a year?

I'm not having a go lads but its a massive jump and while it is obviously the way to go long term is it not a massive gamble now, especially as the talk is of no relegation etc?

we're gonna have a small enough squad(14-15 full time, 5 part time&u21s when needed). connor said he'd be happy with a budget of €12000 a week.

A new commerceial manager is coming in to the club in March. There will be pressure on him to deliver new sponsorship.
Our finance is in order. so any new funds will go to the running of the team.
