We have to assume that Adrian Murphy's contract was one year and has expired. I'm getting nervous. A lot of players gone and few in. The only positive is it's two left sided players.
He's confirmed as having signed for Rovers. And scored twice on his debut (albeit against Crumlin...)
So that's Anto, Willie J and Damo gone from up front. We don't know about Paul Byrne's injuries and haven't heard anything about Adrian Murphy (though he didn't exactly set the First Division alight when he was with Kildare last season).

Whats the deal with Martin? Anytime I've seen him he impressed me so I presume that he wasn't just let go.Originally Posted by ihatejam

Who are you going to have partnering Byrne up front then? And where do you make room for Hurley, Dicker, Tony Mac and Cawley in midfield if Podge is there as well?Originally Posted by ihatejam
I'd say put Podge up front - top scorer last season and has always done better up front than out on the wing.
I smell a 4-3-3 formation with the badger left of the front 3 and hurley aka sliothar on the right.

? Wha? He was the hardest working winger we had. He couldn't finish his dinner. Patch on the wing, no diggidy about it. He's a brilliant winger. We can go 4-6-0 formation.Originally Posted by someone
